How many Fantasy Football leagues did I sign up for?

cross posted at teammoshman.com   *********   I remember when I first started playing fantasy football.  I was asked to join a group of guys that worked in the youth department at the church I attended.  I had no clue what I was doing.  I got lucky and had the 4th pick of the draft and saw Terrel Davis slide to me (with Kordell Stewart and Steve Young having gone before him…we were all stupid and without a clue).  This was also the same year that Brad Johnson went down and Randall Cunningham took over and lead an explosive Vikings offense.  I was also lucky enough to get in on that action, picking Randall up off the waiver wire.   This was before online leagues, when we actually had to sit there with paper and pencil and manually calculate the scores on Monday morning.  I can’t imagine doing what I did this year (joining 5 leagues) under those conditions.  The waiver wire alone would...

cross posted at teammoshman.com   ******   My friend Katie is playing in the WSOP No Limit Shootout today.   For those not familiar with it, the shootout consists of dividing everyone into tables of 9 or 10 (not sure which) playing down till there is one winner.  Then those winners combine into tables and play down to one winner.  It’s kinda like The Highlander in that they keep repeating the process till there is only one.   It started at 12pm pacific time.   I sent her a text message at 12:23pm, “Have you won yet?”   29 minutes later she replied back, “haha I have a leggy image”   I’m assuming it’s cause she showed up Cake Style, but I have no idea what that had to do with the bluff she “had to show down” on the 2nd hand.   Anyway, good luck Katie.   *****   I finally got everything set up over at Merge to start playing again and...
